OK most the most important thing to do is get all you guys off
these crap hotmail and yahoo accounts. If you would like a DoD e-mail
account they are totally free... Just go to http://email.dod.net/ and
fill out the forms. We will put you on the server ASAP. Go to
http://support.dod.net/ to learn more about how to use your accounts.
One thing that would be a fun project would be to make a webmail client
for DoD. There is a moral fiber to DoD in that we prefer to write all
our own services. Now this isn't alway passable but whenever we can we
try to. Maybe one of us could look into some open source webmail stuff
and write up something similar. We could use the free stuff for now and
work on a client of our own in the future. Webmail would get us all
sorts of accounts. More accounts mean more funding... more funding
means more projects... it's an endless cycle... =)
